GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Nominations open as of Monday 16th January 2017.

  • Nominated organisations must be either/or:
    – Charity
    – Not-for-profit organisation
    – Volunteer organisation

  • Nominated organisations must be based or have a base in Victoria.

  • Nominated organisations will be contacted and requested to supply a 1-page outline on how the gratis services will assist them in their marketing and promotions.

  • The successful organisation will have access to gratis services up to the value of $10,000 until 30th June 2017.

  • The $10,000 package includes:
    – $7,000 website design & development package
    – $1,000 promotional video package
    – $1,000 brand identity refresh package
    – $1,000 creative design and marketing services to help promote your cause

  • Third party costs for example hosting, printing, registration fees and other specialised services are not included.

  • Any charity, not-for-profit or volunteer organisation which already has design arrangements with Evoco Design are ineligible to apply.

  • All nominations must be received by C.O.B. Tuesday 28th February 2017.

  • The Evoco Design team will deliberate over nominations and announce the successful organisation on Monday 27th March 2017.
